Once they brainwashed them, another psychic would come along a few decades later and see the planted memories. Then, they would kill them believing they had committed crimes. The psychics would go into the Minds of people in order to steal ideas from people of color. Then they would go plant those ideas in people they thought best to represent their country, a face they were proud of.
